- Select Activity
- Click on 'Add Activity'
- Select a customer and contact
- You can add a new customer or contact
- Select who is doing the activity
- Enter a summary of the activity
- Select the lead connected to the activity
- You can add a new lead
- The other fields are optional
- Click on 'OK'
- Your activity is now added
